  4. Use olive oil or coconut oil in making food.
  5. Avoid white sugar, if necessary you can use brown sugar.
  6. EAT protein. Eggs and fish are best source for protein.
  7. Chew your food slowly. And don’t eat in hurry.
  8. Never skip breakfast and dinner.
  9. EAT healthy snacks like nuts, fruits and milk.
  10. Exercise regularly.
  11. Do walk.
  12. Most important tip is to avoid stress and remain calm and happy.
