Poem The Cliff

Poem The Cliff

Poetry

The sun slowly disappears

I’m still sitting on the edge of the cliff

Looked at the light that slowly went away

Seagulls fly back to the nest

The sound of the waves hitting the reef and the cliff wall

And the sky slowly turns dark

I’m still sitting on the edge of the cliff

With my mind that is very messy

Angry,

Sad,

Hate,

As if united like a cell that settles on my body

I’m still sitting on the edge of the cliff

Darkness that is slowly becoming thicker

And my mind was getting crazy

Why does the sun go away quickly?

Leaving cold darkness

I’m still sitting here on the edge of the cliff

Waiting for the sun to never return

Until finally I die…
